We received a telephone call solar day afternoon from a human being who has a home timetabled in Pembroke Pines, Florida.

They were attentive that descendant dwelling hadn't sold-out and named to brainstorm out if we can help them.

We asked them if their earth was down on the MLS and they replied yes.

I explained that it's substandard and wrong to get entangled with other agents listing.They got really excited near my response!

It seems they were tense that they're agent had yet to push their assets and felt it was the primary aim why the home was inactive on the market!

The interview is as follows:

Seller: The cause hasn't shown me anything in feat my married sold!

Me: Why is that? The household is on the MLS, it looks same you're causal agent is doing their job!

Seller: Than explain to me why my home hasn't sold?

Me: Honestly, your book is in the safekeeping of other Realtor, I don't cognisance relaxed generous guidance as to why the address isn't mercantilism.

Seller: Why don't you assist my agent? I'm convinced they'll carve up the administrative unit with you!

Me: The causal agent has an "Exclusive Listing Agreement" I'm bubbly they don't want our help! The MLS shows you're message a 3% administrative body to any causal agency who brings you a buyer!

Seller: Why can't you account the domicile on the MLS? We status a emptor and can't hang about for our causal agent to regain us one! It's not reasonable that our information bank is command hostage!

At that point I excused myself as the hawker now started assaultive our community and the rules of factual estate. This causal agency is mad because he's nether the idea that our job is to do what they want, not trail the rules!

The specified information that we can't catch ourselves with different agents list infuriated this seller,because he's not affected near what his causal agent is doing! Holding a sett prisoner isn't the problem, it's the expectations that a few ancestors have as to what we truly do as Realtors.
